22nd and 26th March 2012

By April 2012 Ensembles are informed of a decision
Selected ensembles supply marketing material and photos to the Festival

Sunday 24th June 2012(tbc) Induction Training day and Mentoring sessions take place in London

26th October - 11th November 2012 Festival takes place including performances from selected ensembles:
Key date:
27th October 2012: White Night ensembles selected for the scheme perform throughout the evening. AUDITIONING ENSEMBLES MUST BE AVAILABLE TO PERFORM ON THIS DATE.

Late November 2012 Ensembles are encouraged to submit a proposal to the festival for a lunchtime performance in the 2013 festival. Up to three ensembles will be selected.

January / February 2013 (date tbc) Education and Outreach Training Day in Central London

January - March 2013 Dates to be arranged - each ensemble delivers two workshops in primary schools in Brighton
