BREMF 2021 Autumn/Winter Booking Information
Booking terms and conditions
Please see our general terms and conditions for information about half price ticket eligibility, cancellations, carer tickets etc.
BREMF concerts operate unreserved seating, either within price bands, or (as in the case of the Autumn & Winter 2021 events), anywhere in the venue where tickets are all one price. Audience members choose their own seats on arrival, on a first come, first served basis (doors open 45 minutes before the concert start time). Seat reservations are offered in the case of (a) BREMF Friends at Silver level or above for selected concerts; (b) audience members requiring accessible seating or a wheelchair space. In both of these scenarios please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to organise your seat reservations.
We encourage you to pre-book your drinks online with our new drinks vouchers, which will enable you to collect them from the bar either on arrival or at the interval. You are asked to take your drinks back to your seats to minimise crowding.
As part of our eco policy we will not be providing printed programmes. Programmes will be available on the event pages of this website to read in advance and/or download as a PDF file.
Filming and Photography
Many of our events will be professionally filmed for use in our BREMF@home programme in November, or documented by an official photographer. If you particularly wish to avoid a chance appearance on film in a general shot of the audience, please ask a steward for advice on where to sit. Please do not take your own photos or videos during performances except during audience applause.
In order to keep our audience and performers as safe as possible, including the more vulnerable members of our community, we will be asking audience members to wear face coverings during the performances, unless exempt.
Seating will be socially distanced, with seats left empty between groups of audience members.
External doors will be open to provide good ventilation so please dress warmly.
Hand sanitiser will be available for audience use at all venues.
On arrival at our performances we will ask you to confirm either that all of your party are double vaccinated (and can show a COVID pass on request), or will have taken a lateral flow test in the 24 hours before the performance (and will be able to show a confirmation of a negative result on request).
If you purchase tickets on the door, we will ask you to record your name and telephone number in case we need to notify you of known COVID-19 cases after the event. If you have booked in advance online or by post we will already have this information on our files.
Cancelling your tickets due to COVID-19
Whilst we do not normally offer refunds except under exceptional circumstances, if you are unable to attend because:
- you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19;
- you are awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test; or
- you have been asked to self-isolate,
please contact us and we will be pleased to arrange a full refund.
