The scheme explained
BREMF Trainees commit to around 8hrs per week of computer based work from home as well as attending at least 5 Festival events in Brighton between 16 September and 28 October. We aim for all trainees to gain experience in marketing, project management, production, and event management
The BREMF Festival Trainee programme offers experience and training, as well as support with job applications including interview advice and references. As the trainees commitment to BREMF is part time, arranged flexibly to suit your schedule, plus weekends and evenings at Festival events, a Festival Traineeship is easily compatible with other paid work, and accessible to those who can’t afford to take on a full-time internship. Travel expenses and a meal allowance are provided for event days.
